Product optimization: Complete product testing, innovative research and development, and formula improvement to enhance the taste, flavor, texture, stability, and nutritional value of the products. 3. Technical support: Select and evaluate raw materials to ensure the quality and supply stability of raw materials, improve production efficiency, and reduce production costs.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above in food-related fields, with over 3 years of R&D experience, familiar with the underlying logic of formulas and relevant laws and regulations. 2. Familiar with the operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment, and possess certain experimental design and operation capabilities.

Perfumer
Job Responsibilities

1. According to the company's product requirements, be responsible for the research and development of product flavoring and seasoning, as well as the improvement and enhancement of mature products. 2. Be familiar with food industry laws and regulations, keep up with market demands, continuously improve technical levels, and develop new products that are suitable for the market. 3. Effectively improve the taste and flavor of the company's products, making them palatable. 4. Have a clear understanding of flavorings and fragrances, be proactive in seeking suitable raw materials for product development, have cost awareness, and be capable of conducting raw material substitutions and auxiliary tests.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in flavors, fragrances, food or related fields; 2. Over 5 years of experience in food seasoning research and development, capable of independently completing product development tasks; 3. Familiar with knowledge related to flavors and fragrances as well as national regulations and standards; 4. Possess independent development capabilities, familiar with formula design, cost calculation, process flow, product testing, product correction, and process standard formulation, etc.; 5. Have a spirit of research, good goal management, communication and coordination skills, and team collaboration ability; 6. Excellent olfactory, flavor appreciation and evaluation skills, with a deep understanding of the aroma and taste performance of flavor raw materials.
